Booking & Pre-payments
A pre-payment amounting the cost of 30% of the total rent and guarantees to a client the booking of a chosen apartment.
The pre-payment makes part of the total cost and is deducted at the final settlement.
Booking dates cannot be altered. You are required to pay in full on the day of arrival or departure, the pre-payment deducted from the total.
An apartment can be booked only after the pre-payment is received. After receiving the pre-payment we will send to you a booking confirmation with indication of the apartment code and its details. We cannot guarantee any booking without a pre-payment. In case you do not want to make a pre-payment, you are welcome to call us on your arrival and we’ll be happy to help you in case there are unoccupied rooms / apartments at the moment.
Policies on children and additional beds
All children are welcome. Those under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Please make a note in the ‘Special Requests’ section of the booking page should you require a baby cot. The maximum capacity of baby cots per room is 1.
Please call Reservations on +30 22410-29508 or +30 22410-22829 to cancel your reservation. A cancellation reference will be provided, please retain this for your records. Should you cancel or amend your reservation 21 days before the arrival date, in all other cases you will incur a full cancellation charge for the amount of your pre-payment. Should you need to amend your day of departure, please contact Reception one day prior to avoid a one night charge.
